The following is spoiler-heavy.
At the end of the DLC, Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty, heading to the location indicated by the completed compass will cause the Leviathan to appear and swallow the Vault Hunter, shown in first-person-perspective. Once control is returned, a boss fight ensues inside the Leviathan’s belly after encountering Captain Scarlett, complete with digestive juices and in the Leviathan’s gut. Description:
Stage 2 has Bonk going from a prehistoric jungle to a giant living room. In said living room, there is a large champagne glass which Bonk must enter, where he is sucked up through a straw into the mouth of a dinosaur. The rest of the stage has Bonk traveling through the dinosaur’s innards, from intestines, brain and heart until Bonk reaches the boss of the stage. Much like the other versions of this game, the last level takes place inside a dinosaur (having defeated it in the previous level). In this version of the game however, we don’t explicitly see this happening. Caveman Ninja [Arcade] – Apatosaurus / Joe, Mac

Description:
The second to last boss in the game appears to be an apatosaurus, though in reality it is the same sprite used for the tyrannosaurus’ head, only red and with a long neck. After defeating it, the cavemen willingly venture inside the dinosaur to battle the last boss, with a stylised intestinal setting, depicting villi, red blood cells the dinosaur’s heart.
