Though he is referred to in-game as a whale and has a blowhole, his appearance, as well as the presence of gills, screams “shark.” Upon freeing him from being chained underwater and collecting the Jiggie on his back, he will complain of a toothache and request Banjo and Kazooie’s help. Two golden teeth can be shot at using eggs, causing them to fall in. Banjo and Kazooie can then enter this space into his mouth and body, where pools of water, flesh and metal can be seen. Entry is also possible through his gills and his blowhole, leading to different parts of his body.
