Description:

The first stage is known as Toxic Caves. At the bottom of the level in the water, the robotic serpent known as Rexxon can occasionally be seen swimming. After Sonic is launched onto the pinball playfield proper, if he falls between the flippers onto the platform, he is given a short opportunity to jump away and escape. If he fails to do so, Rexxon will emerge from the waters and grab Sonic with his mouth, who will struggle in vain as the jaws close on him and he is pulled under the water. Upon his next life, Sonic emerges from the water, implying he escaped from Rexxon.

Description: 

The fourth level is themed on the ice age and small mammoths can be seen throughout the level. In the latter half, there are mammoths near some spiked pits, that act as a mode of transportation. If Chuck belly-strikes them, they will suck him up into their trunk with a large bulge and shoot him across the spike pits.

Description: 

The end of the fifth level has Chuck walking into the open mouth of an old dinosaur and into its intestines. It is implied that he escapes the other end, as the final boss of the game takes place outside of the dinosaur’s body.

Chuck Rock II: Son of Chuck [CA, SCD, SG, SGG, SMS] – Apatosaurus / Caveman

Description: 

The boss of the second level is a purple apatosaurus. When reaching the head, Chuck Jr. will see it grabbing a portly caveman in its mouth, his legs sticking out and kicking, before being spit out into the water. The boss will not do this to Chuck Jr., instead just causing contact damage when lunging at him.
